Our beautiful 4 bedroom private home is in the centrally located community of Rolling Hills. This community is located right off of Formosa Gardens Blvd directly adjacent to Windsor Hills and Formosa Gardens Estates. Our home is just a few miles to Disney World, and a short drive to Sea World, Universal, Wet n Wild Waterpark, Beaches, Bush Gardens in Tampa, and all of the other Orlando area attractions!
Our house sleeps 8. We have a huge master bedroom with walk in closet and a brand new King size bed, a second bedroom with a brand new Queen size bed, a Princess themed bedroom with 2 twin beds and a Toy Story themed bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are TVs in every bedroom.
The house also boasts a beautiful pool and patio w/ safety alarm on the door, 2 living areas, one of which has a brand new 52" LED TV and blue-ray player.There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, and utensils, a dining room which seats 6 and a breakfast bar that seats 2. You will also find a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided, free high speed Internet, expanded digital cable, a game room in the garage and 2 full bathrooms. As parents of a infant, we also have some essential baby items such as a pack n play crib, bouncy seat, swing, baby bather, umbrella stroller and portable highchair, all of which were purchased in summer xxxx. This house was just redone and is one of the cleanest and nicest you will find.
We just replaced the beds and bedding in the house in Summer xxxx and have included multiple types of pillows through out. There are new dishes and cookware, a brand new big screen TV and blue-ray player and new patio furniture just to name a few.
We have included several extra items ranging from board games, to princess and toy story themed items including story books and play tents, themed stuffed toys, and a desk with a printer in the living room where you can bring your computer and even print your boarding passes if you wish. I have also included 2 extra toy story comforters, 1 extra princess comforter, and 2 extra neutral comforters just in case you need to switch one out to meet your family's needs. We have digital cable in the living room and expanded cable on all of the TV's and multiple DVD players throughout the house.
Our vacation home is our home away from home. We have stocked and outfited it with all of the necessities that will make you feel right at home. We specifically concentrated on making this home comfortable and kid-friendly.
